Mix like a pro

Based on my studio and teaching experience which includes mixing thousands of songs and teaching for more than 10 years at the biggest sound engineering schools such as Abbey Road Institute, Catalyst and BIMM, I created my own highly effective Mixing and Mastering course.

This course is specifically designed for independent Artists and Music Producers who want to learn how Mix and Master their own songs but it’s also a great option for aspiring Mixing and Mastering engineers.

If you want to learn how to achieve professional results in a few hours, there’s no need for you to spend a lot of time and money on a sound engineering diploma. My method is simple and proven.

structure

The course is made of 7 lessons of 2 hours (14 hours in total) and focuses on practical experience.

Lesson 1 – Mix 1 Pt.1 – Mixing Workflow and Passive Filters

Lesson 2 – Mix 1 Pt.2 – Active Filters and Compression

Lesson 3 – Mix 2 – Reverb

Lesson 4 – Mix 3 – Delays and Modulated Delays

Lesson 5 – Mix 4 – Automation

Lesson 6 – Mix 5 – Recap

Lesson 7 – Mastering

At the end of each lesson you will receive a mixing task to prepare for the next lesson. The course should ideally run for 7 consecutive weeks but the timeline can be adjusted to fit your schedule.

Theory on EQ, Compression, Effects, and Synthesis will be covered briefly as we encounter these topics in different songs, ensuring practical application without wasting time on theory that can’t be put into practice.

You’ll have access to different multitracks for each session, but you can also mix your own songs if you prefer.

This is an Online Course offered via Zoom in combination with high quality audio streaming via Audiomovers so that there is no compromise on sound quality.

I offer this course in Pro Tools, Logic Pro X and Ableton Live.

at the end of the course you will:

Complete a professionally mixed and mastered, 5 track EP
Be able to professionally Mix and Master a song in 3-4 hours
Receive an official Studio Internship Certificate as well as a Personal Recommendation Letter which will help you to get further in your career as a sound engineer. These could also be used for academic purposes.

Price

The price for each 2 hour lesson is 70€ including tax but if you pay the whole course at once you will receive a discount of 70€ (420€ in total instead of 490€)
